5 Comprehensive Modules with Live Cohorts
The program features five comprehensive, video based modules. Each module contains 4-7 videos with accompanying exercises followed by a dynamic two-hour virtual live cohort session, led by Constellation founder and leadership coach, Pam Hernandez. In addition, there is an individual live session with a Leadership Circle certified coach to privately review the results of your Leadership Circle Profile™.
Individual Private Coaching Sessions
Includes four additional one-on-one coaching sessions over the course of the program with a certified coach to support your progress on your leadership journey.

Constellation Leadership Program
- Focuses on who you are versus what you do. This is unique to our program and is based on sound Adult Development research. You can study endlessly about how to change what you do and how you do it (become more organized, delegate more, etc), but without first understanding who you are you will likely fail to achieve the changes you want.
- Leads to sustainable change by design. We don’t rush the process. Our program works closely with each individual to support deep, long-term growth—not quick fixes.
Summary
TYPICAL Leadership Programs
- Gives surface level tips and techniques for “fixing” your leadership style (e.g., better time management, delegation etc) but doesn’t address the deeper patterns or internal drivers that create these challenges in the first place.
